Cosmetically it has some signs of normal ware but nothing to really call out. I think keeping it in that road case kept it clean. Some light scratches on the rack mount holes where they were screwed in the road case. One rear side rack plastic gasket thing came off - see image, it just needs to be re-glued on. Also, there was a foam pad backing inside that covered the rear vent - it has deteriorated completely - this is common on these amps.
There is some tape on the back so he knew what channel it was for, I just left it alone.. This belonged to a friend that used two of these in a DJ system. It spent its life in a road case as seen in image 19 (case is not included).
I managed to get this one when he called it quits. I have used this off/on with a Carver 2000 receiver just to keep it working. This is way too much amplifier for me and I need to slim down so it's time to say goodbye. This is really geared more for pro use, but, you can use 1/4 TRS adapters as seen in image 10 - these are cheap and plug into the unit then you plug a RCA into the adapter (plugs / RCA cords are not included). If you have the appropriate speakers this puts on quite a light show. I used small speakers in the video so had to turn the bass up for the lights to come on without sizzling the speakers. If you need a lot of power then this is the amp for you - or would be nice as previously used in a professional setting. FOR THE RECORD - TRS adapters/RCA cables in image 10, Adcom preamp, speakers, & cords, in the video are for demo/info only and not included. Thank you for checking out my item!
