Natural Sound 2 Channel Power Amplifier. I have 2 of these in my home because I have been so satisfied with the pure, noise-free sound that this Yamaha masterpiece produces for all kinds of music. However, my wife became a minimalist and she is insisting that I can only have one set of these M80's in the house. I had an expert Yamaha.

A complete refurbishment on this unit, and it is sounding so great that you don't ever want to turn off the beautiful music. This is as close to a'new amp' as you are going to see for such a classic piece of hi-fi audio equipment. Brand New Custom-Made Speaker Binding posts were installed. The original Yamaha plastic speaker terminals become brittle over time and they break easily. This new set of binding posts is suited for banana plugs as well.

Here is a list of what was done. Again, it was not done by a "shade-tree tech" working out of his home. It was done at a Genuine Yamaha Authorized Repair Center. The Yamaha Tech isolated and fixed any and all bad solder points.

Checked and repaired all weak or broken circuit connections. Cleaned and refurbished every switches and controls. All settings were adjusted to meet and align with the original Yamaha Factory settings.

The Dreaded Sony Bonding Glue was completely taken out. Important filter capacitors and many other caps were replaced with top quality Nichicon caps.
