Vintage Carver PM-900 Professional Amplifier Powers Up PARTS/REPAIR

  
The item Powers Up but the indicator shows that it's all the way up so I did not connect speakers to it. Assuming there's something wrong with it since it is showing clip/protect. This belonged to my uncle and was in his storage that we're clearing out.
