This is a tested, working, and great sounding amp. This amplifier was made in Framingham Mass over 40 years ago. It's a massive , 60 pound behemoth that puts out 250 watts x 2 channels at 8 ohms. The wattage ratings were conservative back then, and this amp most probably puts out significantly more power when measured by today's standards. This is a solid built amp, with beer can sized capacitors and a transformer with a ton of iron. I have included internal pictures to illustrate the quality design within.
I ran this for several hours at top volume and it sounded strong. Both channels have equal output. The power cord has been doctored with electrical tape , as some of the rubber was aging. If you search this on hifiengine, you can get the specs. I have had bad experiences with carrier damage and with buyers that are not as honest as you.The risk is too high on my end. With the nature of certain expensive, delicate vintage items that I sell, it is better to sell them face to face. It eliminates the potential for risk to both of us.
