Bryston 7B SST2 PRO Mono Power Amplifier #002136 (Used): Mono power amplifier The Bryston 7B SST Pro is a MONO block design capable of over 600 watts at 8 ohms and over 900 watts at 4 ohms. This gives the 7B ST the power to drive, with breath-taking ease and clarity, speakers, which have been considered "impossible" loads in the past. One advantage of the Mono design 7B SST is it allows you to place the amplifier adjacent to the loudspeaker providing improved performance.

The 7B SST is available in either a Series or Parallel version. Series' is recommended with loudspeaker loads above 3 ohms and'Parallel' for loudspeaker loads below 3 ohms. Soft start circuit on power up. Multiple filter capacitance per channel.

Selectable inputs for balanced or single ended (RCA) connectors. Polarity Switch (0 or 180 degrees) on each channel (6B & 9B only).

Remote 12 Volt power trigger input with delayed output feature. Optional 17 Faceplate (no handles) or 19 inch rack mount (with handles) available. Optional Silver or Black Faceplate Available. Unique Burn In Procedure Each and every Bryston amplifier undergoes a very extensive "burn-in" procedure. Following a complete operational checkout, every amplifier is placed on a test-bench and run for 100 hours at full output (one hour on/ one hour off for additional thermal stress), with a high frequency square-wave input and a capacitive load.
